Opening Up the Flow: A 1-Minute QiGong Reset for Instant Calm

Sometimes, life feels like an uphill battle. Stress builds up, emotions get stuck, and before you know it, you’re walking around with a tight chest, a busy mind, and no clue how to shake it off.
Lucky for you sunshine, I've got endless 1-minute resets coming your way.
Today, I'm sharing a treasured QiGong flow.
Opening Up the Flow is exactly what it sounds like—a simple, gentle movement that gets your energy flowing. No pressure, no force—just an easy way to let go and reset.
How to Do It:
1️⃣ Stand with your feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent. This keeps your energy moving instead of getting stuck in your joints.
2️⃣ Float your arms up as you breathe in—light, effortless, like they’re rising on their own.
3️⃣ Let your arms drift down as you breathe out—soft, natural, like water flowing downstream.
4️⃣ Smile to yourself. Be present, be peaceful. This is your moment to let go.
Do this for a minute, two, five—as long as you like. The longer you flow, the deeper you sink into relaxation.
Why This Works
This isn’t just movement—I like to call it a standing meditation. As your arms rise and fall, your mind slows down, your breath deepens, and your nervous system switches out of stress mode and into rest mode. All done effortlessly.
✨ Feeling anxious? This will settle you.
✨ Frustrated? This will release it.
✨ Wired but exhausted? This will ground you.
And if you want to take it deeper? Add music. Soft, healing sounds—like Kundalini mantras—can amplify the effects, making this a true energetic cleanse.
Perfect for Any Time of Day
In the morning? Set the tone for a calm, centered day.
Midday? Release tension so stress doesn’t pile up.
At night? Let go of the day so you sleep peacefully.
Or EVERY TIME you feel a heavy emotion or negative thoughts. Energy work is cumulative, and the more minute resets you do throughout your day, the greater the release. Allowing your body, mind and spirit to walk through life healthy and with ease.
One minute is all it takes.
Breathe in, arms rise.
Breathe out, arms fall.
Flow through life.
