How a 1-Minute Tapping Routine Stopped My Anxiety in Its Tracks (And How It Can Work for You, Too!)

And so she began spiralling.

 This is how she  described it in her message to me:
✅ Her mind was racing like a runaway train; pain throbbing in her head.
✅ Tightness in her chest, making it feel impossible to breathe.
✅ Literally banging her head on the steering wheel thinking “What's gonna happen to my daughter!!!"

This wasn't her first panic attack but it was the FIRST TIME SHE MANAGED TO PUT A STOP TO IT.  At the height of her attack  she remembered the 1-minute tapping routine she'd seen me do a million times. She's been following my videos, scrolling through insta but had never even thought of trying one out.

She had nothing to lose, so as she waited, stuck, immobile in traffic she began tapping on her chest, down and up her arms as she'd seen me do. Breathing in through her nose, and out with a sigh. Tapping hard enough so she could hear the vibration in her voice. Within a  couple of minutes, she noticed that her heartbeat had  gone back to normal, the throbbing in her head had stopped, she could breathe and think clearly again.

The wave of anxiety HAD PASSED!

She laughed out loud, sighed in relief and wandered why on earth she'd over reacted in the first place. Her daughter knew she was coming, the teachers were always understanding, there had never been any danger.
