🌱 Ginger – Amazing for memory support, especially connected to ageing. Especially when you feel foggy or mentally scattered.
🌿 Rosemary – Backed by science to help with memory retention and sharper thinking.
🌬️ Peppermint – A little goes a long way! Use just ONE drop to  boost alertness and focus .( but don't overdo it, one drop is enough, it's strong stuff!)
