Got A Minute?

That's all it takes, shift your mood , clear your head, boost your energy and slowly start eliminating your daily pains and aches!

Cloudy hands is one of my favourite QiGong flows and it helps our heart meridian.

That is, by doing this exercise you'll unblock stagnation and allow flow into your heart and soul, leaving you feeling calm, cool and loved!

You know that fuzzy, yummy feeling; It's yours for the taking, but not if you try to find it externally.

Our joy, contentment & happiness DEPENDS ON NO ONE BUT OURSELVES!

Stand with your legs hip width apart, knees slightly bent, arms rounded in front of you, then turn to one side, drop one arm and turn to the other side.

As you sway, you can also engage your legs, bending one knee at a time.

Don't overcomplicate it, think of this as a dance, just sway and move your arms like weightless clouds in the sky!

Try Cloudy Hands with me now, especially if you're feeling a tightness in your chest, mentally/emotionally tired or just deflated.

As you sway you'll experience the following side effects:

  • A smile will slowly appear on your face
  •  A heavy weight will be lifted
  • A sweet peaceful calmness will overflow your heart and soul
  • Any heaviness or negativity will disappear

Not a bad for a couple of minutes of swaying, right!

For extra potency, put on your favourite mantra or calming music, close your eyes and part the clouds in your life for 1-2 minutes.

Whether you're kids have been a little extra this week draining you, you're swamped under deadlines at work, or simply a woman trying to get through a month without too many mood swings, bloating, migraines, Cloudy Hands can help you do just that!

As always, energy work is cumulative, so try sticking to this exercise for 7 days. Spend 2 couple of minutes , 3-4 times a day, whenever you feel heavy and write down your results.

You'll be surprised what a difference these 2 minutes can make to your Physical, Mental and Emotional wellbeing.

Let's move those clouds away, starting today!

Thank you for being here,

Des xx
