Feeling Frazzled? Try This 60-Second Wave Breathing Practice

Hi sunshine,

You’re spinning so many plates—maybe today felt like a marathon before 10am. If your mind feels noisy and your shoulders are creeping toward your ears, I made this short video just for you.

This gentle, guided breathwork practice is called wave breathing—and it’s designed to centre & ground  you in just one minute. It’s simple, natural, and rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and somatic wisdom. All you need are your hands, your breath, and a little willingness to pause.

As you inhale, your breath rises like a wave: from belly, to ribs, to chest.
As you exhale, it softens back down: chest, ribs, belly.
We’ll ride that wave together—3 rounds, or more if you’d like.

✨ Use this anytime you’re feeling off, anxious, foggy, or disconnected.
✨ No special tools, no prep, no pressure. Just breath.

If this one-minute reset helped you feel a little more you again, I’ve got more where that came from.

💛 Got A Minute? is my 15-day digital toolkit full of simple, 60-second somatic practices just like this one—designed to help you feel grounded, clear, and in control again. It’s only €12, and it was made for women who are done with burnout and want relief that actually fits into real life.

You don’t need more on your to-do list. You just need one minute.
And I’ve got it waiting for you.

👉 Say yes to yourself and grab Got A Minute here.

Thank you for being here,

Des xx
