It's September, which means Back To School and back to work season.

This month can feel overwhelming to say the least.

Summer holidays are over, students of all ages  are back in school.

Parents are struggling to fit in work deadlines, extra curricular schedules, cooking, cleaning , medical appointments, and the list goes on and on.

 

All this to say, that if we want to SURVIVE this period we need to catch our breath!

Now I know you don't have time and need results fast, that's why I've got a 30sec breathwork sequence for you, that will

a) sharpen to focus ( bye bye foggy brain!)

b) make you more alert ( no more sleepy head)

c) boost your productivity levels

 

 
All of this can be achieved with this easy-to-follow 30-second sequence.
This is a great exercise for ALL, young and old. 
 
There's no holding your breath, or rapid breathing so it's suitable for those of you who are highly anxious as well.
 
Teach it to your littlies to do during class when they get tired.
 
Share this video with your teens who have a short concentration span.
 
Save it for your long work days. When you're feeling frazzled and foggy-brained simply pause and follow this breathwork sequence for 30 sec. 
 
That's all it takes to do one round, if you need a bit more help you can repeat 2-3 times, that's 1.5mins max!
 
So next time your brain feels tired but you still need to work, use this simple breathwork sequence. And don't reach for  yet another double espresso shot, which will leave you feeling jittery and out of sorts.
