Eww, that annoying, disgusting feeling when you've got phlegm stuck or tickling your throat!

Or, when there's phlegm build up in your chest, causing wheezing, shallow breath and exhaustion!

Yep, I know!

That's why I'm sharing this acupressure combo with you, so you can use it as part of your cold & flu holistic protocol.

Acupressure points are like little powerful portals, opening up to help our body release stagnation and promote health and wellbeing.

However, they need consistency to work.

HOW TO

When you have caught a cold and have phlegm build up, either sinus , throat or chest.

  • Pump, press, massage on each point shown for 1-2 minutes at a time on each side.
  • Do this, 3-4 times each day, until your phlegm clears up completely.

When you want to build your Immunity and use acupressure as PREVENTION

  • Pump, press, massage each point shown for 1-2 minutes at a time on each side.
  • Do this once a day when there are people sick around you and 2-3 times a week throughout the autumn , winter months to ensure your upper respiratory system is strong.

Try it and you'll never look back! Once you start using acupressure/movement/breathwork on a daily basis as a form of prevention , you'll be so impressed with the results, you won't want to live any other way.

Plus, for me and my clients, knowing we have a way to help ourselves thrive and be healthy is a game changer. It gives us a great sense of security and safety, knowing that we can have control of how strong we are, physically, mentally, emotionally!
