Now, although this is a 1 minute video, it would be a great idea to spend a little more time, on this mini Shiatsu massage.

 

If you do have one or more of these symptoms regularly or with every period then this is what you should do.

 

Set aside 5 minutes a day EVERY DAY, and spend 40sec pumping, deeply massaging every point on both feet.

 

Do this for the next 30 days, or from one period to the next if you still have a period.

 

Next, I want you to take notes

 

1. how often you have symptoms

 

2. what these symptoms are

 

3. their intensity.

 

Then come back 30 days later and write down your current state.

 This is the best way to have solid proof of what works.

 You see, we often tend to forget our symptoms and their intensity, once they are gone.

 

Please stick to this for 30 days. I know it may seem like a lot, but think of this.

 How many years have you been enduring these symptoms for? My guess is decades.

 So, asking you to dedicate 5mins of your time daily, to eradicate these symptoms, truly isn't much.

 

And the rewards you'll get will astound you.

 When the 30 days pass, you can take a step back. If you've seen great improvement, then continue working on these acupressure points for 3 times a week for the next 30 days. From then on, just once a week for maintenance.

 

You see energy work is cumulative, so the more you do this, the greater the impact it will have.
