Hi sunshine,

it's half way through the week, beginning of the year, yet you feel like it's the end of the week and year!

I get it, me too! I've been  working  till late every night for the last 3 weeks, the days are bitterly cold and way too short, sunlight scarce...I feel like my spark has gone.

BUT THEN....I REMEMBER my 1minute wonders. And I get back on the 1 minute train...cause at this point, I know, I won't make any more time to Release the Stress, and Foggy Brain that I've brought onto myself.

But THIS VISCIOUS CYCLE STOPS HERE.

With this 1minute breathwork.

Couldn't be easier either...just breathe in through the nose, breathe out through the mouth, follow my lead in this video.
