Hi, I’m Des—The Meridian Healer, aka Your Holistic Bestie.

I’m a certified Shiatsu therapist, Chi Nei Tsang practitioner & 5-Element QiGong Teacher, and I’ve been supporting women overcome perimenopause symptoms for 15 years.
